2、存发展的重要环节，做好企业的筹资管理工作具有重要的现实意义。在此竹景下，本文通过对我国中小型企业筹资管理问题的探讨，综合分析其筹资问题所带来的影响，从而得出企业的资本结构、财务风险等经济指标，根据所得出的分析结梁，提出企业在筹资管理方式选择上的问题并判断其合理性。同时结合企业自身的发展优势，给出建议并采取措施，使企业能够快速健康的发展。关键字：中小企业；筹资管理；解决对策AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofoureconomy,smallandmedium-sizedenterpriseisthenecessarypartofthem
