1、屮国CT和MRI杂志2017,11(15),92-94+2DOI:10.3969/j.issn.l672-5131.2017.11.028膀胱非上皮性肿瘤的CT诊断黎蕾冯凯邓银良刘国保华余强童进钟兴解放军184医院医学影像科导出/参考文献关注分享收藏打印摘要：目的探讨膀胱非上皮性肿瘤的CT表现特点。方法［H］顾性分析经病理证实的8例膀胱非上皮性肿瘤的CT表现，结合文献分析膀胱非上皮性肿瘤的CT表现特征。结果平滑肌瘤3例，平扫表现为密度均匀的类圆形软组织肿块，边界清，增强扫描轻-屮度强化。炎性肌纤维母细胞1例，平扫呈不均匀等、低密度影，内见坏死、分隔，边

2、界欠清，增强扫描不均匀延迟性强化，邻近膀胱壁增厚、强化。副神经节细胞瘤2例，平扫表现为密度均匀的等或稍低密度影，边界清，增强扫描明显强化，1例内见强化血管影。祌经内分泌癌2例，其中1例类癌表现为密度均匀的软组织肿块，边界清，以蒂状结构与膀胱壁相连，局部见斑点状钙化，增强扫描明显强化。另1例小细胞神经A分泌癌呈分叶状，密度不均匀，边界不清，增强扫描不均匀强化，累及邻近膀胱壁及周围脂肪间隙。结论膀胱非上皮性肿瘤的CT表现有一定的特征性，结合临床资料及影像学表现可以提高诊断准确率，但确诊仍依赖于病理学检查。关键词：膀胱;非上皮性肿瘤;体层摄影术，X线计算机;
