1、兰炭用作燃料对烧结性能影响的试验研究何木光細攀枝花钢钒有限公司炼铁厂摘要:采用兰炭用作烧结燃料进行Y实验室试验,探索兰炭的燃烧性能与对产质量指标的影响,并进行相关对比试验及技术经济评价。试验结果表明使用兰炭的烧结利用系数达到1.549t/(m2•h),高出焦粉0.177t/(m2•h),高出煤粉0.146t/(m2•h):转鼓指数达62%,比使用焦粉高2.93%,比使用煤粉高8.8%;固体燃耗52.22kg八,比焦粉低2.24kg八,比煤粉低8.32kg八。综合评价烧结性能兰炭是三种燃料中最高的。兰炭灰分低,相同配
