5、asesand,throughjudicialactivities,topunishallcriminalsandsettlecivildisputes,soastosafeguardthesystemofdictatorshipoftheproletariat,maintainthesocialistlegalsystemandpublicorder,protectsocialistpropertyownedbythewholepeople,collectivepropertyownedbyworkingpeopleandthelegitimateprivateprop
6、ertyofcitizens,thecitizens'rightofthepersonandtheirdemocraticandotherrights,andensurethesmoothprogressofthesocialistrevolutionandsocialistconstructioninthecountry.Thepeople'scourts,inalltheiractivities,educatecitizensinloyaltytotheirsocialistmotherland8andvoluntaryobservanceoftheConstitut
