1、国内外工业工程专业核心能力培养比较研究摘要目前，随着我岡高等教育体制改革进一步深化，工业工程专业的招生规模进一步扩大，使得每年工业工程专业的毕业生数量在不断地增加，但是工业工程者的综合素质和能力达不到社会的需求，使得工业工程专业人才不仅面临着tl趋激烈的社会需求竞争压力，而且也增加了社会需求难度，当然影响工业工程专业人冰综合素质和能力的原因有很多，不仅有自身等内在因素，同时也冇学校对工业工程专业人才培养模式的影响。本文在对詞内外大学兵宥影响的工业工程专业本科培养计划调查的基础上，对各学校工业工程本科教育的专业计划、课程体系及教学内容进行了分析比较，并归纳总结Y国
