1、基于ECO模型的农业科研人员服务模式研究黄业昌陈耀勇杨加付徐宝晨温州科技职业学院基地建设与管理中心摘要：农业科研人员作为服务现代农业发展的重要力量，拓宽服务模式、提升服务质量对于加速农业科技成果转化、推动现代农业发展起到了积极的作用。在ECO模型的基础上，经过分析得出目前制约科研人员服务功能发挥的主耍因素有农业科技成果有效供给不足、成果转化难、成果推广体系不健全、成果有效需求不足和受限现实条件等。针对性地提出了拓宽服务方式、明确科研方向，多方面合力推进农业科技成果转化和出台优惠政策、推动服务积极性等提升科研
