2、经济的稳步增长。同时，由于房地产行业开发规模大、周期长、价值昂贵等特点决定了其在开发、经营销售的各个环节都需投入大量资金，因此，健全的资本市场和活跃的金融体系是其发展的强力后盾。而目前我国房地产融资渠道单一，很多房地产企业陷入资金紧张状态，因而，对房地产企业在目前的国情下融资情况的研究就具有了现实意义和重要的理论价值。由于房地产行业新政的频频出台，房地产融资的渠道被限制，所以房地产的融资问题在新政的影响下显得更加突出。本文先进行理论研究，概括房地产融资的概念及国内对外房地产融资的研究，在房地产融资理论研究的基础上提出我国房地产融资现状。本文重点
