2、与主核一样或稍浅。一般认为微核是由无着丝粒的染色体断片或落后染色体,在分裂末期不能进入主核,便形成了主核之外的核块。当子细胞进入下一次分裂间期时,它们便浓缩成主核之外的小核,即微核。蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验(Micronuclcustcst,MC-NT)技术是一种以染色体断裂及纺锤丝损伤为测试终点的植物微核检测方法。在本实验中用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术检测不同种类洗衣粉微核诱变效果,设置了空白对照:自来水处理组,实验组:超能洗衣粉、立白洗衣粉、奇强洗衣粉、多芬洗发露、沙宣洗发露分别处理蚕豆根尖。蚕豆根尖受到不同类型的洗涤剂处理后,根尖细胞受到不
3、同程度的损伤,微核诱变试验显示,不同类型的洗涤剂处理蚕豆根尖细胞可诱发不同频率的微核率。然后统计微核千分率和污染指数,了解各种洗涤剂的毒性,同时也发现洗涤剂在诱导微核产生方而影响明显。Abstract:Micronuclei(micronucleusMCN)ofeukaryoticcellsaftervariousphysicalandchemicalfactorseffecttocausechromosomalaberrationsininterphasecells,aformofexpression.Ofthecells,micro
