1、先心病伴肺动脉高压患者ET-1、VEGF、eNOS表达研究（泸州医学院附属医院胸心外科四川泸州646000）【摘要】目的：通过检测先心病伴肺动脉高压患者血清ET-1、VEGF、eNOS表达，探讨先心病肺动脉高压发生的可能机制。方法：患先天性心脏病患者，经心脏彩超评估PASP，据PASP水平将患者分为正常组（n=12）、轻度PAH组（n=12）、中度PAH组（n=12）、重度PAH组（n=12）。应用EUSA法进行血清ET-1、VEGF、eNOS检测，统计、分析血清ET-1、VEGF、eNOS与肺动脉压改变关系。结果:各组血清ET-1、VEGF、eNOS比
2、较，轻度、中度、重度PAH组各指标均呈逐渐增高，中度、重度PAH组各指标较正常组均增高，血清VEGF轻度PAH组较正常组增高，差异均具有统计学意义。中度、重度PAH组RA、RV较正常组和轻度PAH组增大。结论：先心病伴肺动脉高压患者随着PASP增高，血清ET-1、VEGF、eNOS表达增加，且与PASP存在正相关；ET-1、VEGF、eNOS参与PAH的形成，三者可能存在相互促进作用。【关键词】先心病；肺动脉高压；ET-1；VEGF；eNOS【中图分类号】R544.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）02-0035-04Resea
