1、探讨冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图应用对比大庆市中医医院163311【摘要】目的研宄分析冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图应用。方法此次研宄的对象是选取2013年8月〜2014年1月在我院检查确诊为冠心病的患者65例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，患者的年龄33〜69岁，平均(51.3±17.5)岁，男36例，女29例，病程1个月〜21年，平均(101.9±24.1)个月，所有患者在进行检查之前停药3d再进入研究，先行常规心电图检查，结束后随即行24h动态心电图检查，观察两种心电图显示心肌缺血发生的

2、例数；两种心电图监测冠心病心律失常发生的情况，主要括室上性早搏、室性二、三联律、室性早搏成对、房性早搏早发、房性早搏成对等；患者的接受程度。结果65例患者中，动态心电图与常规心电图检查心肌缺血阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>；0.05)；两种检查方法相比，室性二、三联律、室性早搏成对、房性早搏早发、房性早搏二、三联律、房性早搏成对、短阵室上速的阳性结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);65例患者在两种心电图检查都结束后，对常规心电图和动态心电图的接受率有显著差异(P<0.05)o结论动态心电图对于冠心病及其心律失常的诊断灵敏
