4、ndeducation,promotingthesounddevelopmentofprivately-runschools,andsafeguardingthelawfulrightsandinterestsoftheprivately-runschoolsandtheeducatees.Article2ThisLawshallbeapplicabletoactivitiesconductedbypublicorganizationsorindividuals,otherthanStateorgan

5、s,toestablishandrunschoolsandotherinstitutionsofeducationwithnon-governmentalfinancialfunds,whicharegearedtotheneedofsociety.IncasestowhichnoprovisionsofthisLawareapplicable,theprovisionsintheEducationLawandotherlawsconcerningeducationshallapply.Article

6、3Privately-runschoolsbelongtopublicwelfareundertakingsandconstituteacomponent12partofthecauseofsocialisteducation.Withregardtoprivately-runschools,theStateappliestheprinciplesofenthusiasticencouragement,vigoroussupport,correctguidance,andadministrationa

7、ccordingtolaw.People'sgovernmentsatalllevelsshallincorporatetheundertakingsoftheprivately-runschoolsintotheirplansofnationaleconomicandsocialdevelopment.Article4Privately-runpolicyschoolsshallabidebylawsandregulations,implementtheeducationoftheState,gua

8、ranteetheeducationalqualityanddevotetheireffortstothetrainingofvarioustypesofpeopleforthecauseofsocialistdevelopment.Privately-runschoolsshallimplementtheprincipleofseparatingeducationfromreligion.Noorganizationsorindividualsmaym
