1、全瓷牙在前牙美容修复中的应用与可行性研究湖南省张家界中医院口腔科427000【摘要】目的：研究全瓷牙在前牙美容修复中的应用与可行性。方法：纳入我院2014年6月-2016年3月前牙美容修复患者94例并根据随机数字表法分为均等两组。合金瓷牙组采用金属合金烤瓷牙进行修复，全瓷牙组采用全瓷牙进行修复。比较两组患者前牙美容修复效果；修复后面容美观评分、修复体色泽评分、修复体外形评分；修复前和修复后患者心理状态、生活质量的差异。结果：全瓷牙组前牙美容修复效果显著比合金瓷牙组高，P<0.05;全瓷牙组相较于合金瓷牙组修复后面容美观评分、修复体色泽评分、修复体外形评分更高，P<0.05；修复前两组心理

2、状态、生活质量相似，P>0.05；修复后全瓷牙组相较于合金瓷牙组心理状态、生活质量改善更显著，P<0.05。结论：全瓷牙在前牙美容修复中的应用效果确切，修复体色泽和外形较好，可提高面容美观度，改善患者心理和生活质量，值得推广。【关键词】全瓷牙；前牙美容修复；应用；可行性【abstract】objective：tostudythewholeporcelaintoothrepairinfrontteethbeautyandfeasibilityoftheapplication.Methods：inourhospitalin2014-2016,June94patientswithdentalc
