1、数字减影血管造影介入治疗颅内动脉瘤的程序化护理探讨罗德君(四川省自贡市第一人民医院四川自贡643000)【摘要】目的：探讨程序化护理在数字减影血管造影(DSA)介入治疗颅内动脉瘤护理中的应用效果。方法：将我院收治的56例颅内动脉瘤患者随机分为观察组28例和对照组28例。所有患者均行DSA栓塞介入治疗，对照组患者行常规护理，观察组患者行程序化护理。评价2组患者的DSA介入治疗效果，并调查2组患者的护理满意度。结果：观察组患者DSA介入治疗的成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),且平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。同时，观察组患者对护理的针
2、对性、护理的系统性及护理的全面性的满意度依次为92.86%、89.29%、96.43%,对照组依次为78.57%、75%、78.57%,2组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：于颅内动脉瘤行DSA介入治疗中予以患者程序化护理能有效提高临床护理的针对性、系统性及全面性，进而促进治疗成功率的提高，并降低术后并发症的发生率，加快患者康复进程。【关键词】颅内动脉瘤；数字减影血管造影介入治疗；程序化护理【中图分类号】R47【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1003-5028(2015)7-0143-02Exploreoftheprogrammednursingindigitalsubtr
