1、A网络公司绩效管理问题研究［摘要］目前全国各地的广电网络公司正处于事业转企业的体制转换过程中，同时面临着三网融合大环境下的强大市场竞争压力，如何有效的整合人力资源，最大程度发挥人才的积极性、能动性和创造性，实施卓有成效的绩效管理是各地广电网络公司的一项重要工作，在某种程度上决定企业的前途和命运。木文共分三个部分。第一部分介绍了选题背景、研宄过程和方法以及绩效管理方面的有关理论；第二部分分析了A网络公司绩效管理的现状及存在的问题；第三部分则比较详细地阐述了A网络公司绩效管理体系的设计及实施过程。本文根据战略性绩效管理的思路，针对目前绩效管理的难题一一如何设计一套
