1、中医联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果评定湖南省蓝山县中医院湖南永州425800【摘要】目的：研究中医联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法：此次研究纳入的对象来源于2014年1月-2015年5月我院收治非小细胞肺癌患者中随机抽取的83例◊将上述83例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为化疗组41例和化疗+中医组42例。化疗组采取单纯化疗治疗，化疗+中医组采取中医联合化疗治疗。比较(1)临床疗效；(2)肿瘤进展时间和中位生存期；(3)干预前和干预后患者KPS评分、SF-36评分的差异。结果：(1)化疗+中医组较之化疗组临床疗效更高，P<0.05；(2)化疗+中医组肿瘤进展时间和中位生存

2、期更长，P<0.05;(3)干预前两组KPS评分、SF-36评分相似，P>0.05；干预后化疗+中医组较之化疗组KPS评分、SF-36评分改善更显著，P<0.05。结论：中医联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果确切，可有效改善患者健康水平和生活质量，延缓肿瘤进展,延长生存期，值得推广。【关键词】中医；化疗；非小细胞肺癌；效果【abstract】objective:tostudytheeffectofTCMcombinedchemotherapyinthetreatmentofnon-smallcelllungcancer.Methods：thisstudyincludedi
