1、中药联合奥施康定治疗60例肺癌患者中重度癌痛的临床分吴玉昌崇州市屮医医院四川崇州611230摘要：A的探析痛灵汤联合奥施康定治疗屮重度肺癌癌痛患者的临床疗效及安全性，为今后有效减轻屮重度肺癌患者疼痛提供新的思路和参考。方法随机选取肿瘤科收治的120例屮重度肺癌患者，采用抽签法将其分为2组，每组60例，两组患者均给予原发病综合治疗，对照组在此基础上单纯给予奥施康定，治疗组在对照组用药基础上给予自拟痛灵汤，观察两组患者疼痛、屮医症候、生活质量改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组疼痛缓解率为98.33

2、%明显高于对照组的88.33%(χ2=4.8214,P=0.0281),治疗组总有效率为80.00%明显高于对照组的56.67%(χ2=7.5481,P=0.0060)；经过2疗程治疗后，两组患者QOL评分均明显提高(P<0.05),治疗组QOL评分提高程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),未发现和治疗相关的不良反应。结论通灵汤联合奥施康定治疗屮重度肺癌可明显缓解其疼痛程度，改善患者的临床症状和体征，提高其生活质量，且尚未发现不良反应，故可作为临床治疗癌痛的方案。关键词：肺癌；屮重度癌
