1、摘要2012年俄罗斯结束了K：达18年的入W:谈判成功入叫:。入世承诺包括货物贸易市场准入制度的改变（进出口关税的调整）、服务市场的进一步开放、对农业、汽车行业、能源材料、金融服务业的重点规划、逐步完善与世界贸易体制相匹配的相关法律法规。随着入世进程的深入，俄罗斯经济模式的转变，俄M内贸易以及投资环境的改善，屮俄双边贸易将受到直接的影响。除了贸易兑的随之增加、商品贸易结构多样化、更多领域的合作，还有中俄双边投资力度的改变。此外，世界上各主要国家对俄贸易将会因为俄罗斯入世而对中国的进出口产生与之前不同的影响。最主要的影响表现在与其他

2、国家对俄商品贸易的竞争，以及随着俄罗斯吸引外资政策的调整而必须面对的各主要国家对华投资力度的改变。本文从中俄贸易在俄入世前十年与入世后的发展情况的分析入手，深入分析了俄罗斯入世将给屮国进出口贸易带来的机遇与挑战，以及屮俄贸易未来的发展趋势，并阐述了对屮国如何应对挑战的一些建议。关键词：俄罗斯入世；双边贸易；进出口：投资ABSTRACTIn2012Russiaended18yearsofWTOaccessionnegotiationsandsucceededtojointheWTO.Russia’scommitmentsofWTOa

5、ctly.Inadditiontotheincreasingoftrade，commoditytradestructurediversification,moreareasofcooperation，thechangecanalsobeseenaboutthebilateralinvestmentbetweenChinaandRussia.Moreover,thetradebetweenthemajorcountriesintheworldandRussiawillaffectChinaimportandexporttradedi

6、fferentlycomparingwiththesituationbeforeRussiaentriesintoWTO.ThemaininfluencesperformonthecompetitionwithothercountriesonRussia’stradeingoodsandthefacingproblemthatthechangeofinvestmentfromothercountriestoChinawiththeadjustmentofthepolicytoattractforeigncapitalpolicy.
