1、经尿道绿激光汽化和经尿道电切治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效比较　　摘要：目的分析对比经尿道绿激光汽化治疗和经尿道电切治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床治疗效果以及相关表现。方法选取我院2014年2月～2016年2月收治入院的浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者38例，将其随机分为观察组19例和对照组19例，对照组采取经尿道电切术治疗，观察组采取经尿道绿激光汽化术治疗，分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及相关表现。结果术后3个月随访观察组出现1例复发死亡患者，病死率为5.2%，对照组出现3例患者死亡，病死率为15.2%。两组数据具有显著性差异和统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采取经尿道绿激光汽化术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤具有显著的临床
