1、缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗原发高血压合并糖尿病疗效观(1南京新颐和康复医院江苏南京210028)(2南京医科大学第二附属医院江苏南京210011)【摘要】目的：探讨采用缬沙坦/氢氯噻嗪治疗原发高血压合并糖尿病疗效。方法：选取我院2013年9只〜2014年9月间收治的原发高血压合并糖尿病患者120例，随机将患者分为对照组和实验组，每组60例，观察组采用缬沙坦/氢氯噻嗪药物治疗，给予对照组患者氨氯地平药物治疗，三个疗程后，观察两组患者的血压、血尿酸、空腹血糖以及空腹胰岛素等指标变化。结果：经过不同的药物治疗，观察组患者显著有效5
2、5例，总有效率为91.7%,对照组患者显著有效45例，总有效率为75.0%,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05,同时对比两组患者的血压、空腹血糖、以及空腹胰岛素等下降情况，两组患者均有明显下降，仴观察组患者下降幅度明显优于对照组，数据对比差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：给予原发高血压合并糖尿病患者缬沙坦/氢氯噻嗪治疗，能够有效的降低患者血压，使身体各项指标趋于正常，其药物治疗的疗效非常明显。【关键词】缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪；原发高血压；糖尿病；疗效【中图分类
