1、膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎的MRI诊断仁寿县人民医院放射科620500摘要：目的探讨分析膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎MRI表现。方法回顾性分析经膝关节镜及手术证实的13例膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎患者的临床及MRI影像资料,评价其MRI影像特点。结果2例仅显示软骨下多个点状或类圆形异常信号影，T1加权序列为低信号，T2加权序列为高信号，压脂T2为高信号，部分病变区信号欠均匀，边缘模糊，关节软骨尚完整，无形态的改变：4例T1加权序列显示软骨下病变周围出现低信号线影，T2加权序列上则表现为高信号，关节软骨表面不光滑、粗糙、变薄；5例病变骨组织及表

2、面软骨与宿主骨部分分离，边缘为长T1长T2信号影；1例坏死骨及软骨碎片与宿主骨分离，并由长T1长T2信号带饶；1例表现为坏死骨及软骨碎片与宿主骨完全分离、脱落，形成关节游离体，相应宿主骨出现一缺损，中央为长T1长T2信号相隔。13例关节腔及关节囊均见不等量长T1长T2液性信号影。结论膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎的MRI表现具有一定特征性，结合病史及临床资料，有助于诊断和鉴别诊断，MRI可作为诊断剥脱性骨软骨炎首选的检查方法。关键词：剥脱性骨软骨炎；磁共振成像；膝关节[Abstract]PurposeToexploretheMRIi
