2、、打击的现状，不仅无益发挥金融深化、金融发展对经济发展的促进作用，而且在很大程度上迫使民间借贷长期处于非法边缘，蕴藏了大量的金融风险。民间借贷该何去何从，应该怎样对其监管，成为亟待解决的现实问题。本文通过以温州民间借贷为案例切入问题关键，剖析研宄背景和选题意义，并阐述本文的研究方法。从民间借贷的发展现状以及对其监管的必要性出发，结合现实，分析B前温州民间借贷存在的缺陷及其成因，在此基础上提出完善我国民间借贷监管制度的具体建议。关键词：民间借贷；监管；策略AbstractInrecentyears,
