3、methatresultinvaryinglevelsofmetabolicactivityareofclinicalimportanceinsomesettings.Theexactnatureoftheclinicaleffectcausedbypolymorphismsofthegenedependsonthedruginquestionandthespecificvariantallelesexpressed,asindividualvariantsresultindifferingphenotypesaticactivity.
