2、nationalrecognitionofanauthor'srightsundercopyrightinothercountries.Butcopyrightis,intrinsically,createdandenforcedbynationallaaticallyprotectsanauthor'sestic"nature,internationalcopyrightprotectionhasalforallthecountries,andhoatterofdomesticconcernformostcountries.

4、ssuchascableandputerdigitalization,theportanttoprintingandpublishingindustries,butalsotobroadcasting,putersoftentproducts.Asaresult,theancientpracticeofmercialpiracyhasbeesoseriousthatithasemergedasamajoreconomicandpoliticalproblembetentsofdevelopedcountries,usually
5、the"producers"ofcreativeers."AccordingtoareportfromUSAToday(Cox,1996),theU.S.governmentthreatenedtoimposetradesanctionsof$2billioninChineseimportsifChinadoesnotcrackdoericanpany.alaysia,icdevelopmentinthepastdecade.Chinastartedcopyrightlegislationin1990andismovingto
6、enforcecopyrightlaoreaggressivelythroughtheStateAdministrationofIndustryandmerce,theagencychargedentsaysitisdeterminedtocontroltherampantmanufactureoffakepactandlaserdiscsandsoftevigor.Malaysiahasalsoalaajorreasonscanbecitedfortheremarkableprogressofcopyrightinthese
