1、中医药综合疗法治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效观汉源县中医医院，四川雅安625302【摘要】目的：以100例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象，探究在患者的临床治疗过程中对患者釆用中医药综合疗法进行治疗的临床效果。方法：木研究选取2015年6月1日〜2016年6月30日期间在我院进行治疗的100例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象，根据给予受试患者临床治疗方案的不同将受试患者随机分为两组,其中对照组(50例)患者接受常规丙药治疗，治疗药物包括氨基葡萄糖片、美洛昔康以及维生素C;试验组(50例)患者则采用中医药综合疗法进行治疗，其主要治疗措施包括穴位注射以及中药综合疗法。治疗结束后，对比两治疗组患者的临床治疗效果。
2、结果：治疗结朿后，试验组患者的治疗优良率显著高于对照组患者，但总体治疗有效率之间并没有显著性差异，P〉0.05。另外，治疗后两治疗组的症状总积分均显著下降，但试验组改善情况更加显著，两组比较，P<0.05,有统计学价值。结论：在膝骨关节炎患者的临床治疗过程中采用中医药综合疗法对患者进行治疗能显著提高患者的临床治疗效果，值得广泛推广应用。【关键词】中医药综合疗法；膝骨关节炎；临床效果[AbstractJObjective:In100casesofkneeosteoarthritispatientsastheresearchobject,toexploretheclinicaltreatme
