1、无创正压通气对急性呼吸衰竭患者血气分析值及预后情况的影响分析吕鸣屮南大学湘雅医院湖南长沙410300作者信息:吕鸣,出生:1980.12.23,学历:本科毕业,现职称:主治医师,410300.【摘要】目的本研究观察分析无创正压通气对急性呼吸衰竭患者血气分析值及预后情况的影响,总结无创正压通气分析的临床效果.方法将90例急性呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组,观察组给予常规治疗加用面罩呼吸机辅助呼吸,对照组给予气管插管或气管切开呼吸机辅助呼吸,比较两组患者在给予治疗后呼衰改善情况及血气分析相关指标、插管率、病死率和治疗周期等差异.结果观察组用无创正压通气辅
2、助呼吸的患者接受治疗后的动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、PH值及动脉血氧分压(PaO2)较对照组升高(P<0.05);二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)较对照组有明显卜降(P<0.05);以上血气分析相关指标均有明显改善.观察组的插管率及病死率较对照组明显减少(P<0.05);观察组呼吸衰竭纠正时间及住院周期皆显著小于对照组(P<0.05).结论无创正压通气辅助呼吸可以优化患者的呼吸指标,降低插管率、病死率,缩短住院时间,提高提高治疗效果.【关键词】无创正压通气;急性呼吸衰竭;血气分析Noninvasivepositivepressureventilati
