1、胃溃疡穿孔治疗中的护理干预要点研宄邵丹(江苏省南通大学附属医院江苏南通226000)【摘要】目的：探讨胃溃疡穿孔治疗中的护理干预要点。方法：将我院自2014年4月〜2016年1月以来所收治的79例胃溃疡穿孔患者，按照密封信封不透光法将患者分为常规护理组(39例)和系统护理组(40例)。常规护理组治疗过程给予常规护理；系统护理组在常规护理组基础上给予系统护理干预。比较：(1)对护理服务的满意率；(2)住院时间、护理质量评分；(3)胃溃疡穿孔治疗相关并发症发生率。结果：(1)系统护理组患者对护理服务的满意率显著比常规护理组高，有统计学差异，P<0.05；(2)系统护理组住院时间明显比常规护理组短，

2、护理质量评分显著比常规护理组好，有统计学差异，P<0.05;(3)系统护理组胃溃疡穿孔治疗相关并发症发生率显著比常规护理组低，有统计学差异，P<0.05。结论：胃溃疡穿孔治疗中给予系统护理干预，可有效提升护理质量，减少相关并发症的发生，提高患者对护理服务的满意度，缩短住院时间，值得推广。【关键词】胃溃疡穿孔；护理干预要点；护理效果【中图分类号】R473.5【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1007-8231(2016)07-0140-02【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplorethemainpointsofnursinginterventioninthetreatmentofgast
