1、探讨全程超导可视无痛人工流产术与单纯无痛人工流产术的手术质量分析望奎县后三乡计划生育服务站152176摘要：目的：研究并探讨全程超导可视无痛人流术和单纯无痛人流术的手术质量。方法：此次研究的对象是选取我院门诊无痛人流术孕妇200例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并依照登记顺序随机平均分为观察组和对照组，观察组予以全程超导可视无痛人流术，对照组予以单纯无痛人流术，对比两组孕妇手术效果。结果：观察组全程超导可视无痛人流分妇平均手术时间(3.4±0.7)min、术屮出血量(9.3±2.4)ml、负压值(988.3±12.7)mmHg,无痛率10

2、0%,手术时间短于对照组、出血量及负压值小于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组孕妇均未见感染、吸宫不全、漏吸、子宫颈黏连、月经过少等术后并发症，并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；术后阴道出血<ld者2例、2〜7d者95例、>7d者3例，术后阴道出血时间≤7d构成比97%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：全程超导可视无痛人流术可很大程度缩短手术时间和术后阴道出血时间、减少出血量、提升负压值、降低并发症发生率，综合手术质量优于单纯无痛人流术。关键词：超导可视无痛人流单纯无痛人流手术质量Abstract：Objective：Tostudya
