1、60例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床治疗体会湖南省怀化市溆浦县低庄镇中心卫生院419306摘要：目的：对患有胆囊疾病的患者进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术，对临床治疗体会进行深入的探讨。方法：选取我院在2012年10月一一2015年3月期间所接收的60例胆囊疾病患者作为实验组，对其进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术，同时选择60例同时期进行传统开腹手术的患者作为对照组，对两组患者的手术持续时间、术中出血量、术后康复时间、手术成功率以及术后并发症等情况进行对比分析。结果：进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者的手术持续时间为(47.1±13.4)min,明显低于对照组的(70.8±12.6)min；对照组
2、患者的术中出血量为(286.7±27.6)ml,明显高于实验组的(172.2±17.3)h；实验组的手术成功率为100%,明显高于对照组的88.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；另外，进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者的并发症发生率为13.33%,明显低于对照组的38.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对胆囊患者进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术，且手段的手术成功率较高，且对患者造成的损伤较小，减少了并发症的发生率，在临床治疗中•有十分重要的现实意义，值得实现进一步的广泛应用。关键词：腹腔镜；胆囊切除；治疗体会Abstract：Objective：topa
