1、超声引导下穿刺冲洗联合中药治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的应用价值［摘要］H的探讨超声导引下穿刺冲洗联合中药治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床应用价值。方法选取我院收治的29例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者(女性)，在超声引导下穿刺抽吸脓液，用生理盐水反复冲洗脓腔，同时配合门服中药及药汁湿沙布包裹外敷治疗。结果29例患者共40个病灶，其中8例患者共10个病灶1次治疗后治愈，13例患者共17个病灶经2次治疗后治愈，7例患者共10个病灶经3次治疗后治愈，1例多发灶患者复查反复发作后改为手术治疗治愈；总有效率约100.0%，治愈率约96.6%(2
