1、结肠透析1号方治疗慢性重型肝炎疗效观马林李满容谌渐辉刘毅饶坤丁祥迪(乐山市中医医院肝病科614000)【摘要】目的：观察并探讨分析结肠透析1号方治疗慢性重型肝炎的临床效果。方法：选择在我院接受治疗的108例慢性重型肝炎患者为研究对象，通过抽签的方式将所有患者随机分成观察组和对照组，平均每组54例，对照组给予基础治疗，观察组在基础治疗的同时给予结肠透析1号方治疗，观察并对比分析两组患者治疗前后的总胆红素、直接胆红素、白蛋白、ALTAST等肝功能指标和凝血酶原时间以及临床症状改善情况。结果：观察组
2、的总有效率为72.22%,与对照组的51.85%相比明显较高，数据差异显著，P<0.05；经治疗后，观察组总胆红素、直接胆红素、白蛋白、ALTAST等肝功能指标和凝血酶原时间均明显优于对照组，数据差异显著，P<0.05。结论：采用结肠透析1号方治疗慢性重型肝炎能够明显改善患者的总胆红素、直接胆红素、白蛋白、ALTAST等各项肝功能指标和凝血酶原活动度以及临出临床症状，大大提高治疗有效率，疗效显著,值得临床广泛推广应用。【关键词】结肠透析1号方；慢性重型肝炎；临床治疗效果【中图分类
