1、浅析无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭临床效穆棱市人民医院157599摘要：目的研究分析无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法此次研宂的对象是选择2013年1月〜2013年12月间选取64名来我院急诊病房及急诊监护室治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并利用随机分组法将患者分为试验组和对照组，分别给予(无创通气+常规治疗)和常规治疗，治疗一段时间，观察疗效。结果无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的患者临床疗效有效率(93.8%)明显高于常规治疗组(88.3%),试验组和对照组在治疗后心率、血压、PaCO2、PaO2、呼吸频率、

2、pH值等指标均有所变化；其屮试验组屮各个指标的改善程度均好于对照组，利用无创通气治疗后插管率、病死率、不良事件发生率及住院时间等指标均有所降低。结论利用无创通气慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭具有临床疗效好，副反应少，预后效果好，效果值得肯定等特点，值得临床上大范围的推广。关键词：无创通气；慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭；临床疗效Abstract：ObjectiveTostudytheclinicaleffectofnoninvasiveventilationinthetreatmentofchronicobstructivepulmonarydiseasewithrespiratoryfai
