1、克感利咽口服液挥发油提取工艺与质量研究劳燕霞(广州王老吉药业股份有限公司广东广州510450)【摘要】目的优化克感利咽U服液挥发油提取工艺,并对挥发油进行薄层鉴别和高效液相含量测定。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以挥发油收得率和挥发油中胡薄荷酮含量的综合得分为考察指标,选择提取前浸泡温度、浸泡时间及提取时间为考察因素,运用正交试验优选工艺条件;采用薄层色谱法对挥发油中薄荷脑进行定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法对挥发油中胡薄荷酮进行定量测定。结果优化的工艺条件是浸泡温度60°C、浸泡时间60分钟、提取2.5小时;薄层色谱鉴定薄荷脑特征性强;色谱条件:色谱柱:PhenomenexLuna(250mm
2、×4.6mm×5μm),流动相:甲醇:水(70:30),流速:lml/min,柱温:35°C,检测波长为252nm,胡薄荷酮在2.9212〜186.955μg之间呈良好的线性关系,回收率为99.10%。结论提取工艺合理、可行;建立的薄层鉴别方法及HPLC定量方法准确、简便。【关键词】克感利咽口服液挥发油提取工艺薄荷脑胡薄荷酮薄层鉴别高效液相色谱法【中图分类号】R94【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2014)10-0048-02StudiesontheextractionprocessandqualityofvolatileoilofKeg
