3、ffectthroughoutthePerthmetropolitanarea.(2)ThisagreementshallapplytoandbebindingupontheRoyalAutomobileClubofW.A.(Incorporated),theMetalsandEngineeringWorkers’Union-WesternAustralianBranchandallpersonsemployedbyTheRoyalAutomobileClubofW.A<(Incorporated)inthefollowingareaso

4、fitsoperations，being:-(a)ThosepersonscoveredbytermsandconditionsoftheR.A.C.Patrolmen'sAward1988.(b)ThosepersonsemployedasserviceAttendants，VehicleInspectorsandSeniorVehicleInspectors.(3)Thepartiesaccepttheyareboundbythetermsofthisagreementforitsperiodofoperationandwillopp

5、oseanyapplicationsbyotherpartiestobejoinedtothisagreement.(4)Thepartiestothisagreementwillcomplywithitsterms，notwithstandingtheprovisionsofanyAward,OrderorIndustrialAgreementbywhichtheyarecovered.4•-DATEANDPERIODOFOPERATIONThisagreementshalloperatefromthecommencementofthe

6、firstpayperiodbeginningonorafter26February1993andshallremaininoperationuntil31December1993atwhichtimeitshallceasetooperateunlessrenewedfollowingitsreviewpursuanttoClause12.-RenewalofAgreement，hereof.5•-RELATIONSHIPTOPARENTAWARD(1)Thisagreementshallbereadandinterpretedwhol
