3、greement3. - INCIDENCE AND PARTIES BOUND(1)ThisagreementshallhaveeffectthroughoutthePerthmetropolitanarea.(2)ThisagreementshallapplytoandbebindingupontheRoyalAutomobileClubofW.A.(Incorporated),theMetalsandEngineeringWorkers'Union-WesternAustralianBran

4、chandallpersonsemployedbyTheRoyalAutomobileClubofW.A.(Incorporated)inthefollowingareasofitsoperations,being:-(a)ThosepersonscoveredbytermsandconditionsoftheR.A.C.Patrolmen'sAward1988.(b)ThosepersonsemployedasserviceAttendants,VehicleInspectorsandSenio

5、rVehicleInspectors.(3)Thepartiesaccepttheyareboundbythetermsofthisagreementforitsperiodofoperationandwillopposeanyapplicationsbyotherpartiestobejoinedtothisagreement.(4)Thepartiestothisagreementwillcomplywithitsterms,notwithstandingtheprovisionsofanyA

6、ward,OrderorIndustrialAgreementbywhichtheyarecovered.4. - DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION23Thisagreementshalloperatefromthecommencementofthefirstpayperiodbeginningonorafter26February1993andshallremaininoperationuntil31December1993atwhichtimeitshallceaset

7、ooperateunlessrenewedfollowingitsreviewpursuanttoClause12.-RenewalofAgreement,hereof.235. - RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD(1)ThisagreementshallbereadandinterpretedwhollyinconjunctionwiththeR.A.C.Patrolmen'sAward1988forthoseemployeescoveredbythataward.(2
