1、我国证券投资基金的风险与对策分析王一惠（福建农林大学东方学院金融学专业2014届）摘要：证券投资基金通俗点讲是一种集合大家的资金,让大家挣钱,但是大家要共同承担资金风险投资理财的一种门路。最近几年,中国经济的发展步伐越来越快，投资基金客户群体增多增大,市场规模变大变广，基金正在逐渐日益成为投资者所青睐的一种投资理财方式。但是，中国证券市场投资基金起步晚，由于基金风险的管理还不够先进，基金自身的发展也通常需要一个过程。不过我想证券投资基金还是在证券市场的稳定发展和发挥作用中占有重要的比重，基金投资者应对基金有客观地认识，了解
2、中国目前投资基金存在的风险和基金本身的情况，做出明智的投资选择。本文主要研究中国证券投资基金的风险和证券投资基金如何通过全面分析防范规避风险的问题，中国在完善证券市场大环境的条件下，稳步地规范好证券投资基金，对中国目前的证券投资基金风险进行了分析，并提出了证券投资基金风险控制对策。关键词：证券投资基金；风险；防范对策China’ssecuritiesinvestmentfundriskandcountermeasureanalysisWANG-YiHuiGraduate2014,Finance,FujianAgricuit

7、ds,toChina’scurrentsecuritiesinvestmentfundriskisanalyzed,andthesecuritiesinvestmentfundriskcontrolcountermeasuresareputforward.引言我国证券市场经过十几二十年的不断积累和发展，现已初步发展了包含具有一定规模的国债、金融债券、企业债券和股票市场，比较完善的证券投资市场体系。随着证券市场的不断发展，目前我国的证券投资市场有以下几个特点，基金发展的年轻化，大多数都属于中小投资者,波动的不稳定性。基金的发
8、展也为外商投资、大力发展国有企业经营机制的转变、加快社会主义市场经济体制建立方面发挥着重要贡献。但是和西方发展己有百多年历史的证券市场对比，存在很不规范、很不完善等问题。我国的证券市场是在计划经济朝市场经济转轨过程中慢慢建立起来，基金也在发挥着稳定市场和支持市场的重要作用，减少市场风险，从而促进证券市场
