1、摘要员工的敬业度对企业的影响越来越大,员工敬业度成为了目前许多企业关注的重点,通过调查研究,本文认为影响企业进步发展的重要因素是员工的敬业度,而提升员工的敬业度则是企业目前的紧要事项。现在民营医院是我国医疗卫生体系的重要组成部分,它缓解了公立医院的就医压力,使病人有了更多选择权,给医疗卫生体系带来了市场竞争的局面,激活了医疗卫生市面市场。同时,也提高了医疗服务质量,降底了医疗服务价格,改善了服务态度,提高了服务标准,精细了服务耍求。本文从民营医院的发展史出发去研允员工的敬业度是目前决定其生存、发展的重要因素之一。关键词:民营医院;敬业度;员工AbstractTher
