1、低速走丝电解线切割试验研究ABSTRACTWireelectrochemicalmachining(WECM)isanontraditionalmachiningprocessinwhichthewireactsasthecathodeandtheconductivematerialsaredissolvedbyanodicelectrochemicalreactionsatatomicsizes,theoretically.Theprofileoftheworkpiececansubsequentlybeobtained
2、asthedesiredcontourbycontrollingtheworkpiecefeedingtrajectoryviathemotioncontrolsystem.Themainresearchworksofthispaperareasfollows:(1)Thecharacteristicsofhigh-aspect-ratioWECMwereanalyzedandthereciprocatingtravelingwireelectrodewasintroducedtoconquerthedifficultie
3、soccurredinthehigh-aspect-ratioworkpiecemachiningprocesswiththeWECM.(2)Experimentalsetupwasdevelopedforlow-speedtravelingWECM,inwhichtheaxialtravelingofthewireelectrodeisachievedbythewirestoragecylinder.Thecontrollingprogramwasdesignedtocontrolthemachiningtrajecto
4、ryoftheworkpiece,andmonitorthemachiningcurrent.Additionally,thedatabasefortheprocessingparametersofWECMwasestablishedinordertofacilitatethemanagementandtheapplication.(3)Experimentswereconductedtoinvestigatetheinfluenceofdifferentparametersontheaveragehighaspectra
5、tioslitwidthandstandarddeviationoftheslitwidth,suchaswiretravelspeed,electrolyteconcentration,pulsevoltage,pulsedutyratio,pulsefrequency,andworkpiecefeedingrate.Theoptimalprocessingparameterswereobtained,aswell.(4)Byusingtheobtainedoptimalprocessingparameters,amic
