1、浅谈和谐社会背景下城管执法方式的转变摘要：构建和谐社会与提高城市管理行政执法能力有着密不可分的关系，随着社会的发展和精神文明的进步，以人为本、和谐发展的观念円益深入人心。城管执法机构承担着进行市容市貌环境整治的重大责任，如何在严格履行职责的同吋，最大限度地取得人民群众对城管行政执法工作的理解和支持，是对我们城管执法队员在当前形势下的总体要求。然而，我W当前的城管执法中仍然存在一些不文明执法、暴力执法等现象。所以，木文将从城市管理与和谐社会的构建的关系、我国目前城管执法的现状、存在的问题及原因和如何转变城管执法方式提出一些相应的措施。从构建和谐社会的内在要求出发，对实践屮城市管理行政执法观
