1、农村信用社不良贷款成因及其治理对策探析摘要近年来，我国农村经济的急速成长表明农村信用社对农村和农业的发展起着积极地推动作用，是农村金融服务的主力军。然而随着农村信用社的发展，不良资产占比高，亏损严重，己成为一种普遍而临的难题，如果现在不采取妥善的措施，农村信用社将会很难发展，也将很难再去支持农村经济发展。另一方面，农村信用社的业务种类单一，其收益基本都是来自于贷款利息，风险较集中iL高，若出现危机将会是致命性的打击，因此农村信用社的不良贷款问题已成为当前农村信用社必须面对和重视的问题。随着市场化经济的发展，农村信用社也在往商业银行转型，但是不良贷款一直以来都

2、在牵制着农村信用社的转型，过多的不良贷款余额导致农村信用社的资本金严重不足，并且妨碍了农村信用社的收益，降低了农村信用社的抗风险能力。木文结合中国经济的发展现状与丙方发达国家的经验来分析，木文的主要两个内容是关于农村信用社的不良贷款该如何处置和怎样预防新的不良贷款的产生，从现存的一些问题和解决措施入手，深层次剖析问题的关键，并进行总结归纳，并提出根治性建议。关键词：农村信用社；不良贷款；风险控制CausesofbadloansofruralcreditcooperativesandCountermeasuresAnalysisAbstractInrecent
