3、ignlanguageineducationsystemforthealliancebetweenChinaandRussia.ManyEnglishprofessorsandtalentswereseenaspoliticalprisoners.However，thissituationwastotallytransformedwhenChinabegantoimplementthereformingandopeningpolicyfrom1978.Whenchinaopenedtotheoutsideworld

4、andsteppedintothetrendoftheworldglobalization，howtocommunicatewithothercountriesbecameaproblem.Underthisnationalsituation，theEnglishwastreatedasanimportantresourceforChina’sdeveloping.Therefore，ChinesegovernmentchangedtheEnglishpolicy.Ithasbecomethemostimporta
