1、探讨大隐静脉高位结扎剥落加局电凝术对下肢静脉曲张的疗效桦南县屮医医院154400摘要：目的：研究分析人隐静脉高位结扎、点式抽剥加腔内激光治疗术对K肢静脉曲张的临床疗效观察。方法：此次研宂的对象是选择我院外科2010年到2014年采用人隐静脉高位结扎、点式抽剥加腔内激光治疗术治疗的K肢静脉曲张的患者68例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并命名为治疗组，再从我院外科2010年以前的采用传统大隐静脉高位结扎+分段抽剥手术治疗的患者屮随机抽取70名患者，并命名为对照组，观察对比两组患者的临床疗效，术后恢复时间，患者对治疗的满意度。结果：对照组总有效率为70.00

2、%,观察组总有效率为88.89%,观察组的总有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)o对照组的平均手术时间为112.35±12.47min,观察组的平均手术时间为82.31±8.24min,观察组的平均手术时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)o观察组患者的平均住院时间为4.33±1.52d，对照组患者的平均住院时间为7.47±2.35d,观察组的平均住院时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)o对照组满意度为65.00%,观察组满意度为94.45%,观察组的满意度明显比对照组高(P<0
