1、血府逐瘀汤联合前列地尔注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究　　摘要：目的运用中西医医学理论全面认识冠心病心绞痛，初步探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床经验，并通过临床病例观察研究对血府逐瘀汤联合前列地尔注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果进行初步评定，为应用中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛提供新思路、新疗法、新治疗方案。方法随机将80例冠心病心绞痛患者分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组给予血府逐瘀汤1剂/d，2次/d，水煎服，每次200ml，同时联合前列地尔100～200μg，静脉推注，1次/d。对照组给予消心痛，口服，10mg/次，3次/d。结果治疗组各项指标均优于对照
