1、摘要在如今的市场经济条件下，企业出现各种问题的原因很多，但主要原因还是企业存在各种各样的风险，由于财务作为企业经营活动的核心环节，所以各种风险最终都将表现为财务风险。由此可见，我们不得不将重视财务风险，从而防止企业财务风险的发生。为了防范财务风险的发生，我们应及早诊断财务风险的可能性，并采取相应的措施，将风险扼杀于摇篮里，我们还必须及时分析、追究财务风险发生的原因，以防类似风险再度发生为企业健康持续发展提供保障。本文在借鉴国内外相关的企业财务风险控制理论和方法的基础上，对企业财务风险的相关概念进行了进一步的论述
