7、应现实经济和社会发展需要的。因此，创办特色学校正是深化教育改革的必然产物，是由“应试教育”向素质教育转轨的需要。以下是个人对体育教学的改革与发展陋见：　　　　一、进行体育课改教法　　体育课改的教法小学教学改革要把原来的单一的体育课教学改变为体育课与活动课类同时进行的新的课程体系，这种新的课程体系符合儿童生理特征，符合教育原理。改变传统的“三段式”教学模式，向着丰富多彩的内容，方法和结构模式发展，有效地完成新的课程体系的教学目的和任务。除对学生传受“三基”增强体质，进行思想品德教育外，这要注重发展个性，挖掘潜力，活跃
