1、江苏职业体育倶乐部治理现状与优化策略研宄搔厘庆盥新鸟兆森赵丽江苏省体育局摘要：运用文献资料法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法等，对江苏省现有职业体育俱乐部的法人结构、运行机制和管理运营现状进行研究。结果发现:江苏省职业体育俱乐部治理呈现出准职业化、依赖企业风险投资、管理粗放、赛事产品和服务水平不高等特征。职业俱乐部虽然己经在形式上实现了与省体育局的分离，但仍存在着双方权利归属问题模糊、单一股东或一股独大的现象突出、俱乐部不具备独立实施职权的能力和市场幵发能力较为薄弱等问题。应进一步明确政府和俱乐部责权利的边界;加快转变政府职能，推动政府沿理能力创新;完善多元化的投资机制；提升倶乐部运营能
