3、vesouttheskinaroundanteriorspineofcutaneousbranchesnutritioniliacaswellasperiostealbranchnutritioniliaccrestproparea．20clinicalcasesshowedthatreconstructionthumbsurvivedsmoothly．Twocasesofflapshowedarterialcrisisandtwoofthemshowedveincrisis．A1lofthemsurvivedafterexamination．Ithasbeenobseved3to
