1、ABSTRACTTheresearchoftypesynthesisofparallelmechanismhasveryimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance,andalwaysgainstheattentionofresearchersathomeandabroad.ThispaperusethetheoryandmethodoftypesynthesisofparallelmechanismsbasedonPOC(PositionandOrientationCharateristic)toresearchthetypes
2、ynthesis,positionanalysisandapplicationofthenewtype.Atfirst,itpresentsthebasictheoryandgeneralstepsoftypesynthesismethodbasedonPOC;Then,basedonthismethod,13kindsof(3T-0R)and15kindsof(3T-3R)parallelmechanismtypesaresynthesized,andanalysisandclassificationoftopologicalstructuretypesaboutthen
3、ewsynthesisofmechanismareengagedin,whichperfecttheparallelmechanismtypebase.Afterthat,accordingtotheoptimizationprincipleofthemainmechanismoftheparallelvibrationsieve,sometypeswhichmeettherequirementofvibrationsieve’ssiftermotionareselectedfromnumerousexistingandnewlydiscovered3DOFtypes,an
4、d8singletypesareobtainedbyoptimizingandimproving.Furthermore,{RRS}{SS}{S},aoptimizedtypeselectedfromthis,isprogressedforkinematicssimulationanalysisandmodeldesign.Finally,accordingtotheforwarddisplacementanalysismethodbasedonanalysisofcouplingdegreeoftopologicalmechanism,theforw
5、arddisplacementanalysisproblemsofthe6dofparallelmechanism:6-31-2-3SPS,2-2-2SPSand6-42-2-1-1SPS,aresolvedrespectively,whichestablishsthemotionconsistencyconditionbasedontheanalyticsolutionsof1-2-3-SPSparallelmechanism,andobtains8groups,16groups,32groupsnumericalsolutionsofpositivesolutionsb
