6、························49个人简历··························································································50中文摘要阿托伐他汀对糖尿病大鼠肾脏SIRTl表达的影响及其可能的肾脏保护作用摘要目的:随着糖尿病发病率的逐渐升高,人们对糖尿病的并发症越来越重视。糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的严重微血管并发症,作为终末期肾病的主要原因之一,致死致残率高,给糖尿病患者和社会带来极大的危害[1]。研究发现,糖尿病肾病的发生与氧化应激、炎症反应、

7、能量代谢、肾素血管紧张素、遗传等因素的综合作用有关[2]。SIRT1即沉默接合型信息调节因子2同源蛋白1(silentmatingtypeinformationregulation2homolog1,Sirtuin1),是Sir家族7种中去乙酰化酶中研究最多的一种酶,它是哺乳动物中与酵母沉默信息调节蛋2(silencinginformationregulator2,Sir2)高度同源的一种蛋白质,是依赖烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+)组蛋白的一种去乙酰化酶,研究认为,SIRTl在神经退行性变,代谢性疾病,心血管病,肿瘤以及与衰老相关性疾病的病理过程、疾病
