5、········22中文摘要内侧副韧带损伤合并前交叉韧带损伤的临床治疗选择摘要膝关节内侧副韧带HughstonIII级损伤往往合并有前交叉韧带损伤,韧带重建术是目前针对该类损伤的主要治疗方式。其中,前交叉韧带重建术从传统的等长重建发展到解剖重建,膝关节前后稳定性和患者运动水平的恢复获得了满意的临床效果;虽然目前内侧副韧带重建的方式较多,但是膝关节旋转稳定性的恢复效果均欠佳。内侧副韧带和前交叉韧带的合并损伤会造成旋转稳定性的叠加损失,这需要更好的临床治疗方法。本文回顾并对内侧副韧带和前交叉韧带的生物力学作用机制,手术治疗选择进行
