1、结构式家庭治疗对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童认知行为功能的影响傅晓燕梅竹上海市同济大学附属同济医院上海200065摘要:FI的探索结构式家庭治疗(structuralfamilytherapy,SFT)对注意缺陷多动障碍(attentiondeficithyperactivitydisorder,ADHD)儿童认知行为功能的影响。方法选择混合型ADHD儿童40例为研究组,接受结构式家庭治疗,在入组时和SFT结束后一个月,采用Conners父母症状问卷(PSQ)和威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)分别评定其行为和认知功能,并与对照组的40名健康儿童进行比较。结果研宄组在SFT治疗后,Co
2、nners父母症状问卷各因子得分显著卜*降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),显示患儿品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍、焦虑,冲动-多动,多动指数得分明显减低。威斯康星卡片分类测验各项得分与治疗前比较显著卜降(p<0.05),与对照组比较完成分类数和完成总应答数差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),但其余各项指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结构式家庭治疗能有效改善ADHD儿童的异常行为,提高其部分认知功能,有待于继续探索和方法改进,为不断优化儿童ADHD的综合干预措施提供依据。关键词:结构式家庭治疗;儿童;注意缺陷多动障碍;认

6、reatment(p<0.05),andcomparedwiththecontrolgroupcategoriescontrolnumberandthetotalresponsesnumber,therewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthem,alltheotherindicatorsshowedsignificantdifference(P<0.05).Conclusion:SFTcouldeffectivelyimprovetheabnormalbehaviorofchildrenwithADHD,andimprovethe
